All nutrition, fitness and recovery portions will be taught by Rebecca Rouse TSAC-F, SFG II, USAW who’s a Tx State Champion Weightlifter and owner of Semper Stronger.
 

The event will be held at a local kombucha bar in Vista, CA.  Snacks and kombucha/water will be provided at the venue.
