PREPARE FOR LIFE LIKE A SPECIAL OPERATOR
In my experience from speaking with the youth during mentorships and at schools, I’ve identified a massive problem.
They are shy, lack confidence, lack development of emotional intelligence, fearful of standing out, and lack validation for self interests.
I've put together this course to address these issues and expand their skillsets to better prepare them for their upcoming future.
Similar to a military operation, this course will be conducted in 4 Phases.

This 8 week course is designed to help young men aged 11-17 years old.

♦️All calls will be conducted Tuesdays starting Jan 2, 2024 at 4pm PST via Zoom with weekly homework assignments and Question/Answer at the end.
♦️Calls will be recorded and emailed to everyone incase you are unable to attend.

I've set a mission to teach our youth how to prepare for their upcoming future with military like preparation with stage planning, goals, and mission execution.

Who is this course for?
This is for any young man between the ages of 11-17 years old who wants to better prepare for their future.
What if my son is older then 17?
If your son is older then 17 he can join R3 which is my online weekly coaching group for adults or if you're looking for more one on one mentorship, you can email me at cody@wedefythenorm.com
Is this for joining the military?
Some young men want to serve in the military however I WILL NOT BE advocating one way or another. This is strictly to better prepare them for life.
What if I cant afford it?

How exactly does this work?
Once you secure your spot, you will receive an email in the coming days with the next steps leading up to the start date. This course will take place for 8 weeks every Tuesday at 4pm PST via ZOOM.
What do I need for this?
A positive mental attitude, internet connection and a way to join a zoom Link which you will be provided, a pen and paper for note taking and assignments.
Can Parents attend?
Absolutely, however the focus is on the applicant and not the parents. If at anytime you have a question please feel free to email me at cody@wedefythenorm.com
Why are you doing this?
Investing in our youth has always been a passion of mine and being a Father myself, I know the importance of education and preparing our youth. This world will either consume your potential or expand on it. My mission is to inspire our youth to live bolder.
What can I expect to achieve from this course?
This course is designed to build confidence in yourself, your goals and your future. Once you know this blueprint, you can apply it to any phase of life.
Will there be homework?
Yes. You will have weekly homework assignments that must be completed prior to the next call. No assignment should interfere with home or school life.
